Neal Shipley appeared at a Detroit Tigers game to throw the first pitch. Last week, Shipley landed at T9 on the PGA Tour Americas. This Monday he was at the Tigers game for the first pitch. He'll make his tour debut at the Rocket Mortgage Classic on Thursday.

A clip was shared by the PGA Tour showing Shipley on the MLB greens. When asked about his feelings and if he was excited, he said that he was nervous.

“I’ve not thrown a ball in two months and you just trying to go back to basics and remember what we did back in the day and channel some of those good vibes. I used to play baseball but I don't do that anymore.”

For throwing the first pitch, Shipley can be seen taking help from MLB star, Jason Foley who gives him a friendly back-tap.

Neal Shipley will next appear at the Rocket Mortgage Classic, which flaunts $9.2 million up for grabs.
