After failing to defend her gold medal at the Olympics 2024, Nelly Korda has returned to action at the ongoing LPGA AIG Women's Open. This year's edition of the tournament is being played from August 22-25 at the St. Andrew's Old Course.

Korda currently is playing in Round 1 of the competition. Until now, she seems to be hitting the ball well and evidence of the same was seen on the ninth hole. Korda hit a 320-yard tee shot with a one-handed finish on the ninth. While Korda did not like her effort, it was still impressive.
