On Sunday, January 26, US President Donald Trump played golf for the first time since taking office. The American President is an avid golf lover and plays more often. He owns several golf courses around the world.
Donald Trump was spotted playing golf at his Trump National Doral Miami on Sunday. Bo Loudon shared a video of the American President walking on the greens while carrying a golf club. He donned a white polo t-shirt paired with black pants.

"BREAKING: President Trump golfing today at his beautiful Trump National Doral Miami golf course a day after comforting Hurricane Helene and California fire victims. God bless this hero!"
During the election campaign, Donald Trump often made headlines for his golfing skills. During one such campaign last year, he took a jibe at former American President Joe Biden for his golfing skills and challenged him to a game.
Notably, not only Donald Trump but his granddaughter Kai Trump is also an avid golfer. After Trump won the presidential election in November 2024, Kai posted several pictures with her grandfather of them playing golf together. She wrote:
"Sundays with Grandpa 💛."
When Bryson DeChambeau praised Donald Trump's golf skills
Donald Trump and Bryson DeChambeau played together for the golfer's popular YouTube challenge 'Break 50.' They played on 18 holes with the aim of completing the round in just 50 strokes. It was a collaboration for charity for the Wounded Warrior Project.
In an interview with Golf.com after their collaboration in August 2024, DeChambeau opened up about Trump’s golfing skills, saying:
"Man, his iron play was great. I can't tell you the number of times he stuffed it on the green within 30 feet in regulation. His driver swing is the most repeatable thing I have ever seen. I wish mine was that repeatable. Really, I do."
After Trump won the Presidential election in November 2024, he called DeChambeau on stage and praised him during his Thanksgiving speech at the Palm Beach Convention Center. Speaking of Bryson, Trump said:
"We have up here today the U.S. Open champion. He's a fantastic golfer. Slightly longer than me. Hits the ball a little bit longer than me. Just a little bit."
Bryson DeChambeau is best known for his popular 'Break 50 Challenge.' He has collaborated with several big celebrities and sports stars such as Paige Spiranac, Sergio Garcia, Phil Mickelson, and John Daly for the challenge.
His collaboration with Trump has garnered around 13.8 million views so far. The collaboration brought a significant increase in the number of subscribers on DeChambeau's channel. He currently has 1.7 million subscribers on YouTube.
