WATCH: Viktor Hovland's signature golf swing returns for The Sentry 2025

Viktor Hovland is competing at the Sentry in Hawaii for the first event of the 2025 PGA Tour season. The Norwegian golfer had to miss out on the latter half of the 2024 season due an injury. However, he seems to be back to his form at the Kapalua Plantation Course as he was seen doing his signature golf swing.

Hovland is currently placed T26 in the ongoing Round 3 of the Sentry with a total score of 10-under. The PGA Tour recently posted a video of him on X doing the double-pump. The shot landed a few feet away from the whole. The caption read:

"A return of the double-pump for Viktor Hovland."

In a throwback, the PGA Tour posted the double-pump video in response to an old video where Hovland explained why it was his signature swing. He said that his "good ones will go up fifteen yards further". And since the shots don't go "whole lot" off the line, the golfer figured "why not?".
