Danny Lee won the LIV Golf Tucson in a dramatic playoff to register a victory over Louis Oosthuizen, Brendan Steele, and Carlos Ortiz.
The four golfers played three extra holes to break the tie and finished with a scoring deficit of nine. In the playoffs, Danny Lee's approach was five feet from the 18th hole to win against the others.
Ortiz was eliminated while Oosthuizen and Steele missed an opportunity to clinch the trophy and ended up in a three-way tie for second position.
Danny Lee played in the first round of the 68 at LIV Golf Tucson. His performance was subsequently improved in the second round and he then went on to play the final round of 69.

Louis started the tournament with a round of 66. However, his performance in the last two rounds degraded and he ended up finishing at 68 in the second round and in the final round 70.
Ortiz, on the other hand, started with a round of 71 followed by 68 and a final of 65 to tie up with Lee, Oosthuizen, and Steele. Brendon Steele finished at 69 in the first round, which improved to 65 on the second day. But in the final round, he finished at 70.
The playoffs turned in Danny Lee's favor, who was playing his second LIV Golf match. Lee recently signed a deal with LIV Golf. He has only won one PGA Tour event in his career and was not hoping to win the tournament.
Speaking at the winner's conference, Lee said:
"I haven't won since 2015. I thought winning just not my thing. Today has changed that. It's good to see I'm capable of playing good golf again."
