The 2024 Procore Championship is all set to begin next week from September 12th to start the FedEx Cup fall season. The Silverado Resort (North Course), a par-72, 6,793-yard championship layout, will host the event. The first FedEx Cup fall event has a $6,000,000 purse and will award 500 FedEx Cup fall points.
The Silverado Resort has been the host of the Procore Championship since 2014. The 36-hole golf club has a rich history and has hosted numerous PGA Tour events since the 1960s.
The 2024 Procore Championship will feature around 144 golfers and is set to run till September 15. The final field for the event is yet to be released. Sahith Theegala is the defending champion at the tournament. He won his first PGA Tour trophy at this event last year when Fortinet was the title sponsor.
The Golf Channel and Peacock will provide television coverage of the 2024 Procore Challenge, while the PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ will stream the event online.
PGA Tour welcomes Procore as the title sponsor for the Napa event
Procore Technologies is a global company that specializes in construction software and is the newest sponsor on the PGA Tour. Procore will replace Fortinet as the title sponsor of the first FedEx Cup fall season tournament.
PGA Tour Chief Competitions Officer Tyler Dennis said about the partnership with Procore (via the PGA Tour):
“We are thrilled to welcome Procore to the PGA Tour family as title sponsor of an event that offers a unique combination of PGA Tour golf and hospitality in a setting that only Napa Valley can offer."
Procore was instrumental in building various PGA Tour-related projects. They assisted the PGA Tour in the construction of a new multimedia content facility named the PGA Tour Studios, which will be operational by January 2025.
Sarah Hodges, the Chief Marketing Officer of Procore, stated that Procore was honored to partner with the PGA Tour and that the partnership reflected their commitment to community and innovation. Hodges was quoted as saying (via the PGA Tour):

The net proceeds from the 2024 Procore Championship will go to non-profit organizations through the Impact Through Golf Foundation Napa Valley. The Impact Through Golf Foundation Napa Valley provides funding for various charitable organizations throughout the country with an emphasis on the greater Napa Valley area.
