The women's team golf event, the Solheim Cup, is back for another edition in 2024. Although the event was last held in 2023, where the European team retained their title, it will return for another back-to-back edition in 2024.
Team Europe will return to defend their title against Team USA on foreign soil in 2024. This year's, Solheim Cup will be played in the USA at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club, which is also known for hosting the Presidents Cup event. This golf course has hosted men's team events in the past; however, this is the first time it will be hosting a women's team event.
Robert Trent Jones Golf Club is located in Gainesville, Virginia. Designed by American-British architect Robert Trent Jones, the venue extends to approximately 7,425 yards and has an 18-hole private golf course with a par of 72.
