Bryson DeChambeau is one of the most popular names in the golfing world. He is well known for his unorthodox and scientific approach towards golf. His unique and scientific perspective towards the game of golf has earned him the tag of "Golfing Scientist."

Bryson DeChambeau was born on September 16th, 1993, in Modesto, California. However, he moved to Dallas, Texas, to study and pursue his career in golf. He turned pro in 2016 and currently plays in the LIV Golf.

DeChambeau has been a science nerd since childhood as he majored in physics at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, which is also the city where he currently lives.

The 30-year-old golfer chose to live in Dallas, Texas, even after turning pro. Most pro golfers build their mansions at Jupiter, Florida, once well-established. However, he chose to live in Dallas probably for its proximity to excellent golf courses. The city also has a warm temperature throughout the year, making it ideal for golfers.

Previously, DeChambeau had bought a five-bedroom mansion in Dallas, Texas, which he showcased on his YouTube Channel a couple of years back. However, the Crusher's skipper has built a new mansion in the Dallas-Fort Worth suburb of Grapevine.

The five-bedroom mansion was reportedly listed for sale at $3.2 million by DeChambeau in April 2024. Now, he is all set to move into his new $20 million mansion with all the luxuries and facilities at his disposal.

While talking to LIV Golf, Bryson DeChambeau said the work on his new mansion began in 2020 and he has been planning it patiently.

“Wasn’t just a stock spec home. It takes a while to get things done correctly," he said.

The new mansion is built on a two-and-a-half acre land with significant golf features. The house has a 60-yard hole where he can work on his short game anytime. The property is also just adjacent to the Dallas National Golf Club, giving him the freedom to go there to work on his game anytime.

Additionally, the mansion has a 3-bay golf simulator with a wrap-around LED video wall, making his practice sessions identical to a driving range. With this technology, he can analyse his swing technique and work on the shortcomings with ease. The house also features a practice putting green where he can sharpen his putting skills.

This is a state-of-the-art home set-up for any professional golfer. Thanks to all his hard work and dedication, DeChambeau has been able to build this mansion, which is reportedly worth around $20 million. So, his new mansion checks all the boxes as it ensures he has everything he needs to keep his game up to the mark.
