Which golfers made the cut at the 2024 Rocket Mortgage Classic? Day 2 leaderboard explored

The second round of the Rocket Mortgage Classic was played this Friday, June 28, at the Detroit Golf Course. The cut line was drawn at 4 under and 75 players made the cut.

Aaron Rai and Akshay Bhatia lead the players who made the cut at the Rocket Mortgage Classic, both with a score of 13 under. Several top players missed the cut for the weekend.

Akshay Bhatia held on to the top spot at the Rocket Mortgage Classic with a second round of 5 under. Aaron Rai, meanwhile, carded a score of 7 under to climb 22 places to the top of the leaderboard.

Both Bhatia and Rai have played bogey free the first two rounds of the Rocket Mortgage Classic. In fact, they are the only two players with such a quality performance.

The top-ranked golfer in the field, Tom Kim, missed the cut with a score of 3 under.

15-year-old Miles Russell carded two rounds of 74 and 70 to miss the cut on his PGA Tour debut with a score of even par.
