Jeeno Thitikul's performance included seven birdies and one bogey (6 under) to take the lead in the Kroger Queen City Championship. After the second round, the leader said her game has picked up in recent weeks (via ASAP Golf):

"I think a lot of good vibes coming from me, starting from like Olympics. Also like after Dow [Championship], Olympics, and then having British and then also FM in good contention as well. I mean, I just want to play my game."

Lydia Ko played the second round of the Kroger Queen City Championship with six birdies and no bogeys for a 6-under. It was Ko's 133rd bogey-free round on the LPGA Tour since 2014, by far the best on the circuit in that regard, according to golf statistician Justin Ray.

World No. 1 Nelly Korda shot a 2-under-par second round to drop 11 spots on the leaderboard. She is currently tied for 15th on 7 under.
