Brendan Steele fired a low 8-under 64 on Saturday, Apr. 27, jumping seven spots to the top after the second round of LIV Golf Adelaide. After 36 holes, he aggregated 14 under, one stroke better than Danny Lee, who shot 5-under 67.

Steele started from the par 3, hole 3, with back-to-back birdies at Grange Golf Club. After making pars on the fifth and sixth, he made four straight birdies before bogeying the par 4, 11th hole. He added three more birdies in the round.

Lee remained unmoved at second, while Mito Pereira jumped one spot after shooting 67 in the second round of LIV Golf Adelaide. At 12-under, he's tied with Carlos Ortiz, who carded 4-under 68.

Cameron Tringale and Cameron Smith were the big movers of the day as they jumped eleven spots after shooting 65 on day 2 at the Grange Golf Club. They are sharing the fifth spot alongside Patrick Reed and Dean Burmester at 11-under.

Friday leader Jinichiro Kozuma slipped to T9 after shooting 71 in the second round of the LIV Golf Adelaide. Louis Oosthuizen, Matt Jones and Joaquin Niemann are other players tied at 10-under.
