After the final round, Rio Takeda was tied for the lead with Marina Alex at 15-under. They competed in a playoff to determine the winner. The playoff extended over six holes before Takeda managed to take home the trophy.

The 2024 Toto Japan Classic began with the inaugural round on Thursday, October 31. However, play was affected by Tropical Storm Kong-rey, and the event was shortened from 72 holes to 54 holes. The third round, which was scheduled for Saturday, was postponed to Sunday, November 3.

Haeran Ryu secured third place, followed by Saiki Fujita, who tied for fourth with Yealimi Noh. Hana Wakimoto, who led after two rounds, shot a 73 in the final round, dropping five spots on the leaderboard to tie for sixth place with Ariya Jutanugarn, Nanna Koerstz Madsen, and Yui Kawamoto. Ayaka Furue tied for tenth with Chisato Iwai.
