The second round of the ongoing 2024 Open de France was suspended on Friday due to insufficient light at the Le Golf National. Round 3 will also not begin until 10:10 am local time on Saturday.

US golfer Johannes Veerman was the only golfer to who couldn't complete his round on Friday. He will resume his game on Saturday from his fourth shot on the 18th hole. Currently, Thomas Detry, Dan Bradbury, and Jesper Svensson are leading the standings after an abruptly culminated round 2 of the 2024 Open de France. All three are tied for 9-under.

However, the current leaders shouldn't get too comfortable as they are only one stroke ahead of the chasing pack, led by Thorbjørn Olesen. The prize purse of the 2024 Open de France is €3,250,000. The event is scheduled to wrap up on Sunday, 13th October 2024.
