South Korea’s Shin Jiyai won the Women’s British Open on Sunday by a huge nine shots for her second triumph in the event.
Shin, the champion at Sunningdale in 2008, finished with a score of nine under par, 279 for the tournament, with compatriot Park Inbee taking second spot on level par.
America’s Paula Creamer was third, one over for the four rounds.
