The South Korean professional golfer Si Woo Kim was born on June 28, 1995, in Seoul, South Korea. He plays on the PGA Tour. Si Woo became the youngest player ever to win the 2017 Players Championship at the age of 21.

Si Woo tied for twentieth place at the 2012 PGA Tour Qualifying School Tournament. He was the youngest golfer to leave the PGA Tour's qualifying school tournament at 17. Though Si Woo turned professional in 2012, he had to wait until the middle of the 2013 season to join the PGA Tour. Si Woo withdrew from one and missed the cut in seven of his eight PGA Tour in 2013. Following that, he participated in seven Web.com Tour tournaments and made four cuts.

At The American Express in January 2021, Si Woo defeated Patrick Cantlay by one stroke in the final round and won his third PGA Tour title. Si Woo was a member of the international team in the 2022 Presidents Cup; he played in four matches, winning three and losing one. Si Woo won his fourth PGA Tour title at the Sony Open in Hawaii in January 2023. He made birdies on the last two holes to defeat Hayden Buckley by one shot.
