Puppies and Golf also aims to provide pet parents with financial aid to help with any unexpected medical or training bills. They also promote and support the training of service dogs and help pair veterans who struggle with PTSD with a furry canine companion.
Balionis founded Puppies for Golf in 2020 and has since raised over $100,000 to donate to local animal welfare organizations and shelters. Her mother, Dana Balionis, serves the organization as the secretary. The organization also spreads awareness of the impact a furry friend can have in your life by hosting events during PGA Tour events.
