Tiger Woods & Rory McIlroy's TGL makes big announcement, joins hands with $7.09B-worth media giant

The TGL League, formed by TMRW Sports - a venture co-founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy - had their inaugural match on January 7. The league has now announcement a partnership with media giant Sirius XM for live broadcasts.

According to Forbes, Sirius XM is worth a whopping $7.09 billion. The new deal announced on Monday, January 13, will offer fans full access to prime-time matches.

Sirius XM will begin its broadcast with the match between Woods' Jupiter Links Golf Club and Los Angeles Golf Club on Tuesday, January 14, at 7:00 PM EST.

Sirius XM's PGA Tour Live Radio will provide live broadcast across North America with Taylor Zarzour and John Maginnes calling the action live from the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. PGA Tour Radio is available on Sirius XM's platform on channel 92 on radio and also on their app. TGL's matches will also air on ESPN, ESPN+, ESPN Xtra, and Sirius XM's channel 81.

TGL's second match will be on Tuesday between Los Angeles Golf Club and Jupiter Links Golf Club. Fans can tune into the tournament at 7:00 PM EST as Tiger Woods debuts in the league with Jupiter Links GC against Collin Morikawa's team.
