Tommy Fleetwood's WITB

English professional golfer Thomas "Tommy" Fleetwood was born on January 19, 1991, and is a member of both the European and PGA Tours. On the European Tour, he has seven victories out of a total of 10 professional wins and none on the PGA Tour. According to the Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR), he is ranked No. 12 as of April 2025, having initially reached a career-high world ranking of No. 9 in November 2018.

Fleetwood won the Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles in August 2013, which was his first European Tour victory. In November 2022, Gary Player Country Club hosted the Nedbank Golf Challenge, which Fleetwood won. He had previously won the same event in 2019. Fleetwood's seventh European Tour win was at the 2024 Dubai Invitational, where he defeated Thriston Lawrence and Rory McIlroy by a stroke.

Tommy Fleetwood’s Drivers - TaylorMade Qi35 & BRNR

Fleetwood uses a TaylorMade Qi35 driver set at 10.5 degrees and a mini driver, a TaylorMade BRNR, angled at 13.5 degrees. Both are installed with Fujikura Ventus Red 6X Velocore+ shafts.

As per Golf Monthly, Fleetwood had been using the Qi10 LS model, but following a fitting with Adrian Rietveld, a TaylorMade Tour representative, they discovered that the Fujikura Ventus Red 6X Velocore+ shaft and the new Qi35 10.5-degree had provided the most consistency for Fleetwood. He was also among the first to carry a mini-driver rather than a conventional 3 wood on tour.

Tommy Fleetwood's Fairways - TaylorMade Qi35 & Qi10

Fleetwood uses two fairways, given that the need for a three-wood is satiated by the mini-driver. He plays with a TaylorMade Qi35 five-wood and a Qi10 seven-wood. The former is set at an 18-degree loft angle and the latter at 24 degrees, while both of them are installed with Mitsubishi Kuro Kage 80 XTS X shafts.

The Qi35 is the middle option among the three in the series, delivering a mid-spin and launch profile but a fixed hosel. To further fine-tune the ball flight, there is also the lower-spinning Qi35 Tour fairway wood, which has loft and sliding weight adjustability (via Golf Monthly).

Tommy Fleetwood's Irons - TaylorMade P770 & 97TW

In the 2025 season, Fleetwood added P770 four and five-irons to his setup, along with the use of a bladed P7TW iron in 6-iron to pitching wedge, too. He replaced his nine-wood Qi10 with a loft angle of 24 degrees for the four iron. Further, he swapped out the smaller blades at the top of the bag. His entire set is equipped with Golf Pride Tour Velvet grips and Project X 6.5 shafts.

Tommy Fleetwood's Wedges - TaylorMade Hi-Toe 4 & Titleist Vokey SM9

Fleetwood uses two wedges, a TaylorMade Hi-Toe 4 at 52 degrees and a Titleist Vokey SM9 lob wedge at 60 degrees, both of them fitted with True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue S400 shafts.

According to Golf Monthly, the majority of tour pros carry three or even four wedges, but Fleetwood only has space for two because he carries extra clubs for versatility. The Hi-Toe 4 wedges have a high center of gravity and excellent balance, making trajectory and distance control simple. For chipping and for controlling spin in wet conditions, these wedges have the elevated micro-ribs that are placed between the grooves, which produce spin and the high-toe design, providing forgiveness.

Tommy Fleetwood's Putter - TaylorMade TP Soto Truss TF Proto

Since the start of the 2025 season, Fleetwood has been using a TaylorMade TP Soto Truss TF Proto putter. This prototype has the additional MOI that a Truss putter provides with a flow-neck hosel.

Fleetwood also plays with the TaylorMade TP5x Pix, which has the number 19. As of April 2025, he continues to overlay the PIX design with a thick black line on the ball for extra alignment (via Golf Monthly).
