WATCH: Justin Thomas surprises Irish fans by caddying for them

Justin Thomas finished tied for 31st place at the 2024 Open Championship last week with a total four-day score of six over par. The event saw the PGA Tour star record his second best score at the tournament, following a tied for eleventh place finish in 2019.

After a tough week battling it out in Scotland's harsh weather conditions, Thomas made a trip to Ireland's County Louth Golf Club for a golf outing on Wednesday along with some friends. While playing a round on the links course, the two time Major championship winner was spotted by several fans.

Justin Thomas took the time to engage with the crowd by having conversations, clicking pictures, and signing autographs. On the par three 15th hole, the former two time PGA Championship winner decided to humor the fans by caddying for them.

He put on the caddy bib and helped his fans on the hole with advice. He helped out Todd OReilly, who was his caddy at the club, with his tee shot. OReilly played a stunning dart that left the PGA Tour star impressed.

According to reports, Thomas was spotted on course drinking a couple of pints of Guinness. He created a positive atmosphere by filling the County Louth Golf Club with a bunch of friendly banter and laughs shared among the players and fans.
