Brooks Koepka, a well-known American golfer, was born on May 3, 1990, in West Palm Beach, Florida. Currently, he resides in Jupiter, Florida, U.S., along with his father, Bob Koepka; his mother, Denise Jakows; his brother, Chase Koepka; and his wife, Jena Sims.
At the age of 10, Brooks started playing golf under the guidance of Bob Koepka. While attending Florida State University, he became the All-American thrice and won a number of amateur golf tournaments, including the Rice Planters Amateur (2009), the Brickyard Collegiate (2011), the Seminole Intercollegiate (2012) and the Florida Atlantic Intercollegiate (2012).
After turning professional in 2012, Brooks Koepka started playing on the Challenge Tour. During his whole career, Brooks secured 18 professional wins, including 9 PGA Tour, 7 European Tour, 4 Challenge Tour, 2 Japan Golf Tour and 2 LIV Golf. Currently, he plays in the LIV Golf which he joined in the year 2022.
Brooks has also competed the major tournaments and achieved success five times, including the PGA Championship (2018, 2019, 2023) and the U.S. Open (2017, 2018). Brooks held the first position in the Official World Golf Ranking as of October 21, 2018.
