Russell Chapin Henley, an American professional golfer, was born on April 12, 1989. In September 2011, Henley made his professional debut on the Nationwide Tour (Web.com Tour) in the Soboba Golf Classic. He won the 2012 Chiquita Classic in a playoff against Morgan Hoffmann and Patrick Cantlay.
Henley's historic accomplishment at the Sony Open in Hawaii in January 2013 earned him the first PGA Tour rookie to win on his first try in 12 years. He finished with a score of 256 (-24), four strokes better than the Sony Open scoring record.
It was two strokes behind Tommy Armour III's effort at the Valero Texas Open in 2003 for the second-lowest score in PGA Tour history for a 72-hole event. Henley's victory earned him invites to the Masters and the PGA.
Russell Henley won his second PGA Tour title in March 2014 when he holed a three-foot putt to win a four-man playoff at the Honda Classic in Florida.
After the first, second, and third rounds of the 2021 US Open, Henley was tied for the lead. Despite this, he eventually tied for 13th place with a 5-over par 76. Henley tied for fourth place in the 2023 Masters Tournament with a final-round score of 70.

Russell Henley's Driver

Russell Henley's 3-wood
The next club is a Titleist TS3 three-wood with a loft of 16.5 degrees. Henley hasn't really demonstrated a need to upgrade to the TSi3 model, which is interesting and only goes to show how well he does with the older type.
Russell Henley's Hybrid
Henley uses a 21-degree hybrid instead of a five-wood. This was once an 818H2 model but is now a TSi2 hybrid. The TSi2, another Titleist club that tested really well, is attractive to look at and simple to aim.
Furthermore, it offered a strong launch with outstanding off-center forgiveness, consistency, and range on a neutral trajectory.
Russell Henley's Irons
Moving on to the irons, Henley uses a set of T100s with Dynamic Gold X100 shafts on each one. Due to the fact that he prefers to carry four wedges, he moves from a four-iron down to a nine-iron. Henley hasn't yet upgraded to the newest type, so he must get along well with the older T100 irons.
Russell Henley's Wedges
Henley used four wedges. They all have 48, 50, 54, and 58 degrees of loft and are Titleist Vokey SM8s. They do, however, adjust the lofts to fill in the appropriate wedge gaps by cranking them up or down. His appropriate lofts are therefore 47, 51, 55, and 59 degrees. He uses True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue S400 shafts on all of his wedges.
Russell Henley's Putter
Henley used to carry a Scotty Cameron Phantom X12 prototype as his last club, but as of this moment, he is carrying a Scotty Cameron Special Select Timeless Tour prototype blade model.
Russell Henley's Golf Ball
Henley plays with the new Titleist Pro V1x golf ball, which improves on what was a top-performing item in the 2019 iteration. This model offers superb consistency and a ball flight that combines distance with control.
Russell Henley's Grips
Russell Henley uses the Golf Pride Tour Velvet grip, which is a well-liked option in the golfing community. It provides excellent playability and comfort, mainly due to its non-slip surface design. This grip is frequently used by professionals.
