1) Grotti Vigilante
The Grotti Vigilante is a special car that looks very similar to the Batmobile. Since Rockstar Games did not announce any special cars in the GTA 5 Online Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC Newswire, you can drive this vehicle to feel like a vigilante.

2) Annis ZR380 (Arena)
The Annis ZR380 (Arena) is an Arena War vehicle that cannot be used in standard races. However, you can still drive it in free roam. It is one of the best weaponized and armored cars in GTA 5 Online that can also run at a top speed of 140.50 mph (226.11 km/h).
The Annis ZR380 (Arena) comes in three variants. All of them can reach the same top speed if customized properly. You also get a Rocket Boost, but it is not as effective as the Vigilante.
3) BF Weevil Custom
The BF Weevil Custom is a hidden gem. With a top speed of 137.50 mph (221.28 km/h), it is the fastest race-compatible car in GTA 5 Online on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

After full upgrades, the top speed of the Declasse Scramjet is 137.00 mph (220.48 km/h). However, the dual Rocket Boost at the back makes it go faster than the clocked speed. You can even temporarily glide in the air using the Rocket Boost feature.
5) Grotti Itali GTO Stinger TT
The Grotti Itali GTO Stinger TT is not the fifth fastest car in regular terms. However, it's upgraded version can go a lot faster than others. While the regular top speed of the vehicle is 132.00 mph (212.43 km/h), its HSW top speed surpasses that of the other cars on this list and stands at 168.50 mph (271.17 km/h).
As of now, the Grotti Itali GTO Stinger TT is the fastest car in the multiplayer game. However, since PC, PS4, and Xbox One players do not have HSW Upgrades, the Grotti Vigilante is the fastest two-door car for them.
