It has been a Taranjit Singh special and it has allowed the Sher-e-Punjab to clinch this game by a mammoth margin. They were given a real run for their money by the Tigers batters who kept themselves in the game till the halfway stage.

The top three of the NCT consisting of Roman Mazumdar, Hassan Rasedul and Zeeshan Mehmood were on fire as they managed to get them to a fantastic start. Rasedul managed to score 49 runs while Mazumdar was on 39 and Mehmood was on 27. But the rest of the batters struggled to get the big shots going and that spelt the trouble for them.
