FULL RESULTS FOR NXT (NOVEMBER 19th, 2024).
NATHAN FRAZER defeats Eddy Thorpe by pin.
STEPHANIE VAQUER defeats Jaida Parker by pin.
TONY D'ANGELO defeats Brooks Jensen by pin.
KARMEN PETROVIC/ASHANTE ADONIS defeat Brinley Reece/Dion Lennox by pin.
ZARIA defeats Wren Sinclair by pin.
RIDGE HOLLAND defeats Andre Chase by pin.

Trick stands up after the match as Mr. Chase is devastated in the ring. Some fans chant "Nah Nah Nah Nah, Hey Hey Hey, Goodbye."

Ridge recovers to dump Riley onto the exposed concrete. He lines Mr. Chase up for the end but Chase meets him in the middle for an exchange of strikes. He hits a Side Russian Leg Sweep before administering the Chase U Stomp. Chase hits a sit-down Uranage for a near fall. He climbs to the top but is met by Ridge. Chase recovers to plant Ridge with a powerbomb for another near fall. He goes to the top again but Ridge catches him and reverses into his Impaler DDT for the win.
Result - Ridge Holland defeats Andre Chase by pin.

Grade: B+.
Good action and storytelling throughout. Chase didn't get squashed which was a strong possibility. Ridge's counters have improved and Chase looked strong despite the loss.

Holland brings a chair into the ring but the ref stops it by grabbing the chair. Ridge then kicks Chase below the belt with the ref's back turned. He hits his Impaler DDT but Duke Hudson appears to pull the ref out of the ring. He then takes it to Ridge on the outside. Duke tries to powerbomb Ridge onto the concrete but the two instead break through a random part of the set. Riley Osborne then hits Ridge with a Torpe Con Girl that also takes Thea Hail out. I don't think he meant for that to happen.

Chase battles back with a swinging neckbreaker. That fan who screeches is yelling loudly tonight. Chase goes for a powerbomb but Ridge blocks it. He drops Chase with a clothesline and a knee followed by a gut wrench into a DDT for a two-count.

Trick Williams came out for commentary before the commercial break. Ridge hits a belly-to-belly suplex early on. Chase fights back for a second but gets blasted with a European Uppercut and another suplex. Ridge pulls up the ringside mats to expose some concrete. He goes for a powerbomb onto it but Chase blocks it and hits a Cannonball off the apron onto Ridge instead.

Tony D'Angelo vs. Shawn Spears for the North American Title and Fallon Henley vs. Tatum Paxley for the Women's North American Title are both announced for next week. Kelani Jordan faces Giulia in an Iron Survivor qualifier, as will Ethan Page and Axiom.

Frazer and Axiom are talking backstage about how nuts it would be if Page qualified and won. Axiom claims he won't win because he's facing Pag next week. Frazer is taken aback and feigns happiness, especially if they both qualify for the match.

Ethan Page cuts a promo about the men's Iron Survivor Challenge and how no one wants to see him win the title again.

Brooks and Spears are happy with what transpired as Niko Vance informs Spears he has his match next week. Karmen Petrovic and Ashante Adonis are playing teenagers again and are about to kiss until Nikkita Lyons walks by and says she'll respond to his text soon. Petrovic storms off while Adonis claims he didn't text her.

Rizzo blindsides Lyons and everyone starts to fight. The rest of the division comes out and everyone fights. Fallon is left alone in the ring until Tatum Paxley emerges from under it to hit her with her flipping bomb move.

Jacy's hair looks darker than usual. She claims they've always been ahead of the curve. Fallon thinks they should be talking about what she did last week and not the Iron Survivor Challenge. Fallon sets forth an Open Challenge for next week's show because "they need time to find an opponent" for her. Lash Legend then interrupts since they seem to get title shots without doing anything. Nikkita Lyons comes out next.

Backstage, Tony D is in the trainer's room. He's mad at the trainer. Ava walks in and Tony D yells that he wants a match with Spears. Eddy Thorpe then comes in to blame his loss on the tag team turmoil. Back in the ring, Fatal Influence will brag.

Wren goes for a Butterfly Suplex but Zaria counters out and hits a clothesline. She almost rolls Zaria up yet again. Wren goes to the top but whiffs on a move. Zaria takes advantage by hitting a Spear followed by the F5 for the win.
Result - Zaria defeats Wren Sinclair by pin.

Grade: B-.
Good chemistry in a short match. Letting Wren get in some offense made her seem like she belonged in a qualifier match.

Zaria goes for the F5 but Wren falls off her shoulders. She hits a kick before almost upsetting Zaria with a roll-up win. Zaria sends both women to the outside with a Lariat. She turns her attention to Dempsey but Wren catches her with a Suicide Dive. She lands a clothesline and facebuster before sending Zaria to the corner with a dropkick.

Wren tries a waistlock but Zaria overpowers her. She tries a quick roll up but can't get it. Charlie Dempsey tries to fire her up but Zaria catches her. Wren goes for a Sunset Flip but Zaria easily stops it. She hits a suplex followed by a deadlift suplex for two.

Up next is Wren Sinclair taking on Zaria for a spot in the Women's Iron Survivor match.

I think the main question is - will the beard be affected by the face turn????

Sarah Schreiber interviews Ridge Holland ahead of his match with Mr. Chase. He says Chase University will die tonight after he beats Mr. Chase.

Both men drop each other with a clothesline at the same time. NXT is using different camera angles for this match, like closer shots from the apron. Reece rolls Karmen up, but Adonis distracts her. She slaps him but gets kicked by Petrovic when she turns around.
Result - Ashante Adonis/Karmen Petrovic defeat Brinley Reece/Dion Lennox by pin.

Grade: C-.
Too fast and choppy in spots. Lennox has potential and both women looked okay. They're capable of more, though.

Reece drops Petrovic with a strike, causing Adonis and Lennox to come in. Lennox hits a few hip tosses, but Adonis lands a high dropkick. Lennox battles back with a back-body drop and his own dropkick on Adonis. Petrovic moves to the middle of the apron to distract Lennox as he pulls up before running into her. Adonis takes advantage to land offense from the mounted position.

Brinley starts out with Karmen, but Adonis immediately tags himself in. Petrovic does the same thing. Lennox sends Reece across the ring to take advantage of the arguing between the teenagers.

Backstage, Lexis King is rehashing his changes over the last few months with someone. That someone is Yoshiki Inamura from Pro Wrestling Noah. Josh Briggs walks over to tell him to be wary of King.

The tag team brawl is still going on backstage. Next is mixed tag action between Brinley Reece/Dion Lennox and Ashante Adonis/Karmen Petrovic.

Spears helps Jensen up after the match before extending his hand to D'Angelo. Jensen then attacks Tony D's knee from behind. Backstage, Adonis and Petrovic get ready for the mixed tag match. They're in Washington State colors. Got it. Cross-promotion for NCAA football on CW.

Tony D takes on Brooks Jensen next. He hits a shoulder block and bodyslam off the bat. Jensen recovers to control the action by grounding the Don of NXT. D'Angelo tries to get Jensen off his back by falling backward, but Jensen instead locks in a choke.

D'Angelo gets stuck in the ropes as Jensen falls to the outside. The Champ hits a series of belly-to-belly throws. He goes for more offense, but Jensen counters with a Spinebuster. D'Angelo recovers to land a Spinebuster of his own for the win.
Result - Tony D'Angelo defeats Brooks Jensen by pin.

Roxanne Perez cuts a promo from a beach. She brags about being the first Iron Survivor Challenge winner, which she was, but is interrupted by Sol Ruca. She says she'll be seeing more of her after she wins at Deadline.

Brinley Reece and Dion Lennox hype each other up in the locker room ahead of their mixed tag match against Karmen Petrovic and Ashante Adonis. They mention some Pac-12 football stuff since Lennox played at Oregon State.

Vaquer responds with a Superkcik and a throw. She lands Meteora before bashing Parker's head into the mat while trapped between her legs. Stephanie goes for her finisher, but Parker blocks it and hits a Falcon Arrow for two. She goes for another inverted DDT, but Vaquer counters into a pin for two. Jaida goes for a front suplex and sets up her hip attack, but Lola Vice comes out to stall her momentum. As Jaida eyes Lola, Vaqer hits a Superkick and her Package backbreaker to advance.
Result - Stephanie Vaquer defeats Jaida Parker by pin.

Grade - A-.
This is the best Parker has looked, likely thanks to Vaquer. She still proved that she belongs in the division's upper echelon. Both sold injuries throughout to help make it seem more real.

Vaquer is in charge after the commercial break. Parker moves out of the way as Vaquer goes for Meteora, hitting a Backstabber for two. Parker hits an inverted suplex for a near fall. Jaida traps Stephanie with submission by almost sitting down on her back with Vaquer folded like an accordion.

Parker bodyslams Vaquer off the bell. She works on Vaquer's arm and drops her with a shoulder block. Vaquer almost rolls Jaida up twice but she kicks out. The Dark Angel locks in an armbar in the ropes. She jumps back into the ring but is caught by Parker. Parker hits a backbreaker before hitting her sit-down move in the corner.

Before the next match, we get a promo from Giulia. She starts in English but switches to Japanese. She says the other Iron Survivor participants will get a taste of the Beautiful Madness.

Backstage, Kelani Jordan is frantically watching the promo and talking nervously to herself. She then asks Mr. Stone and Stevie Turner to book her in a qualifier with Giulia next week.

Andre Chase cuts a promo in front of many of his students about Chase U's history and how it has improved many lives. Up next is Jaida Parker vs. Stephanie Vaquer in an Iron Survivor Challenge qualifier.

Thorpe kicks Axiom down before getting back into the ring. After trading a few moves, Frazer hits a swinging neckbreaker and a Phoenix Splash for the win.
Result - Nathan Frazer defeats Eddy Thorpe by pin.

Grade: B+.

Frazer and Thorpe are both clean in the ring. The tag team drama seemed like it would lead to a Thorpe win, but Frazer's win furthers the drama between him and Axiom. There was a lot of clean action. I would like to see more, especially if Thorpe turns heels.

The teams surround the ring. Frazer hits a reverse DDT and a standing Shooting Star Press for two. Frazer goes to the top but is distracted when Tavion Heights and Myles Borne walk out. Thorpe hits a Super German Suplex followed by a Brainbuster for a very near fall. Some teams start to argue with each other on the outside. Thorpe hits the outside, and all the teams start to brawl. Frazer lands a splash on everyone.

Eddy kicks Nathan in the chest a few times. Frazer counters by shoving Thorpe's head into the buckles. He adds a neckbreaker. As Frazer slows down for a second, Gallus comes out again to kill the ratings. The combatants trade quick pin attempts but both hit the mat when both attempting crossbodies. The random tag teams then start to move closer to each other.

Frazer's pants are different than usual. Thorpe appears laser-focused. He tries to break Bron Breakker's speed record off the ropes by hitting them several times before landing a big kick. Thorpe builds some offense with a knee to Frazer's gut and a crossbody.

All of the tag teams that think they deserve a shot appear throughout the arena. Since they all feel entitled to a title shot, why not do what RAW did and have a mini-tournament? RAW should have just had the title match between the Judgment Day and War Raiders.

The first match of the night is Nathan Frazer vs. Eddy Thorpe. Frazer and Axiom argue as he walks out for his opening match. He says he isn't worried about all the teams gunning for them. Gallus then shows up in the background.
