Early Career

Fallon Henley made her in-ring debut on June 24, 2017, under the in-ring name Tesha Price. On December 16, 2017, she debuted in Shine Wrestling at the event of Shine 47. She contended in a battle royal to decide the main competitor for the Shine Title, which was won by Rain. Soon thereafter, she likewise contended in a 4-way match against Kikyo, Dynamite DiDi, and Robyn Reid. The match was won by DiDi. Henley showed up under the ring name Tenilla Price on the July 25 episode of NXT. She was defeated in a squash match by Lacey Evans. After the match, Evans hung her handkerchief across Henley's face.

On August 8, Henley returned under the name Tesha Cost. She was beaten by Britt Baker in a dark match held during the occasion of the second yearly Mae Young Classic Tournament. In 2021, she got back to WWE under the name of Fallon Henley during the solicitation of Joe Gacy to NXT grapplers. She confronted Joe Gacy that evening. Afterward, she was interfered with by Diamond Mine. All through the rest of late 2021 and into mid-2022, Henley contended on NXT 2.0 and 205 Live and lost against any semblance of Tiffany Stratton, Ivy Nile, and Lash Legend. Fallon Henley headed out in different directions from James however Jensen decided to remain with Kiana.

On April 25 at Spring Breakin', Josh Briggs and Henley beat Jensen and James. This made James at last own up to Jensen that she never really adored him and said a final farewell to him. This made Jensen rejoin with Fallon Henley and Josh Briggs.

NXT Women's Tag Team Champion and Beyond (2024 - Present)

Henley secured the final spot in the women’s Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline in December by winning a last chance fatal four-way match against Kiana James, Roxanne Perez, and Thea Hail, but failed to win the challenge. At New Year's Evil on January 2, 2024, Henley’s victory over Tiffany Stratton forced the latter to become a "Ranch Hand for a Day." At NXT Stand & Deliver on April 6, Henley teamed with Kelani Jordan and Thea Hail to defeat Jacy Jayne, Kiana James, and Izzi Dame in a six-woman tag match. Henley turned heel for the first time in her career at Spring Breakin' Night 2 by attacking Hail after her match against Jayne. She participated in a six-woman ladder match for the inaugural NXT Women’s North American Championship at NXT Battleground but failed to win.

On the July 9 episode of NXT, Henley formed Fatal Influence alongside Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx, targeting wrestlers without independent circuit experience. The trio debuted at Week 1 of The Great American Bash, defeating Karmen Petrovic, Lola Vice, and Sol Ruca. By September, Fatal Influence began pursuing Kelani Jordan’s NXT Women’s North American Championship. At Halloween Havoc on October 27, Henley won the title in a gauntlet match after interference from Jayne and Nyx, marking her first singles title. On November 26, Henley retained her title against Tatum Paxley but, alongside Fatal Influence, attacked Paxley afterward. Gigi Dolin intervened, leading to a feud that saw Shotzi join Dolin and Paxley. The teams faced off at NXT: New Year’s Evil, with Fatal Influence suffering a loss.
