Tony Stewart’s versatility and innate talent have been highlighted through his impressive performances in many facets of motorsports. The NASCAR as well as Motorsports Hall of Famer has been racing since the age of just eight years old.

Stewart is also the only driver in history to have won Championships in both IndyCar as well as NASCAR Cup Series. He bagged the IndyCar Championship in 1997 after which he made a move to the Cup Series in 1999. Stewart started his Cup Series journey with one of the most impressive rookie performances, earning him Rookie of the Year 1999.

He has been one of the best performers on the grid since the start of his career and won his first championship four years into the series. After becoming the Champion in 2002, Stewart then won the title again in 2005. Both of his titles were under Joe Gibbs Racing. He also started his own Cup Series team with Gene Haas, Stewart-Haas Racing, in 2009.

At the same time, he left his old team to race under his own banner. Not long after this switch, Tony Stewart won his third and final Championship in the 2011 season. Stewart raced until the 2016 season and then decided to retire from the Cup Series. He currently competes in drag races for his team, Tony Stewart Racing.
