Corey Perry, nicknamed "Scorey Perry" and "the Worm" by the fans, is a Canadian professional ice hockey right-winger playing for the Edmonton Oilers in the National Hockey League (NHL). Interestingly, Perry began his professional journey with the Anaheim Ducks after he was drafted 28th overall in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft and went to stay there for 14 seasons, winning the Stanley Cup in 2007, Hart Memorial Trophy and Maurice "Rocket" Richard Trophy in 2011 alongside four NHL All-Star Game appearances during his tenure there. He later went on to play for the Dallas Stars, Montreal Canadiens, Tampa Bay Lightning, and the Chicago Blackhawks before signing a one-year deal with the Edmonton Oilers in January 2024.

Prior to the NHL, Perry was part of the Peterborough Minor Petes of the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) and the London Knights in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). During his time with the latter, he was the recipient of the Stafford Smythe Memorial Trophy, Wayne Gretzky 99 Award, Jim Mahon Memorial Trophy and the Red Tilson Trophy among many other notable honors.
