Logan Sargeant

Logan Sargeant became the first American driver in nearly 30 years (as of 2024) to grace the grid for the 2023 season. His point finish in the 2023 Austin Grand Prix, in his home country, also made him the first American driver to score points in F1 in nearly three decades. Sargeant had previously achieved significant success in karting.

Logan finished second in the F4 UAE Championship. He also finished third in British F4 as well as F3. His promising performances convinced Williams to sign him as a rising talent when he reached F2, where he secured more race wins and earned the Super Licence points required to make the leap to F1 with the Grove team for the 2023 season.

Logan's journey through Formula 3 spanned three seasons. The most memorable moment came in his final season when he clinched his sole victory at Sochi Autodrom. This triumph was not just a personal milestone as it also marked a historic achievement for Charouz Racing System, where they celebrated their very first Formula 3 victory. By the end of that season, Sargeant secured a commendable seventh place in the Drivers' Championship, contributing significantly with 102 points to the team's overall tally of 127.

In the 2022 F2 season, Sargeant continued to impress.
