Randy Arozarena was born on February 28, 1995, in Mantua, Cuba. He is a Mexican professional baseball outfielder for the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball (MLB).

Arozarena was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals and promoted to the major leagues on August 12, 2019. He made his major league debut against the Kansas City Royals on August 14, 2019. Arozarena was selected as an American League starting outfielder for the 2023 MLB All-Star Game, the first selection in his career. He also accepted an invitation to compete in the 2023 Major League Baseball Home Run Derby. Arozarena stole third base against the Miami Marlins on August 31, 2023, becoming the first MLB player to have three consecutive 20-20 seasons to begin his career. Arozarena was traded to the Tampa Bay Rays on January 9, 2020. In the 2020 American League Championship Series against the Houston Astros, he earned the MVP honors. Added to that he has also earned ALCS MVP and Babe Ruth Award in 2020. Internationally, he represented the Mexican National Team in the 2023 World Baseball Classic tournament.
