The Bloodline was formed in 2021 when the team of Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, and Paul Heyman gave themselves a name. Since then, the group expanded to Solo Sikoa, Sami Zayn as the Honorary Uce, and The Rock as the Final Boss. However, everyone but Sikoa has now left the group while the allegiance of The Rock has been unclear since WrestleMania XL. Sami Zayn left the group after betraying Reigns and being beaten by The Bloodline. Then, Jey Uso was exiled out of the group by Roman Reigns in June 2023. The next year, Solo Sikoa assumed the leadership of the group and kicked Jimmy Uso and Paul Heyman out of the group while Reigns exited himself.

The Bloodline History in WWE
The Current Chapter - OG Bloodline takes on the New Bloodline
At SummerSlam 2024, Solo Sikoa took on the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes for the title. While Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu helped Sikoa, Kevin Owens and Randy Orton came to assist Rhodes. Towards the end of the match, Roman Reigns made his WWE return and attacked Sikoa, helping The American Nightmare retain the gold. The following SmackDown, Reigns started targeting the New Bloodline with the aim of proving who the real Tribal Chief is. At Bad Blood 2024, Reigns teamed up with his nemesis Cody Rhodes to take on Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu in a tag team match.
With the help of a returning Jimmy Uso to even the odds, Reigns and Rhodes won the match while The Rock made his return to the WWE. While Jimmy re-joined his cousin, The Bloodline targeted his brother Jey Uso and cost him the Intercontinental Title. This led to the original Bloodline trio team up at Crown Jewel 2024 against The Bloodline. There, The Bloodline defeated the cousins and Sikoa managed to pin Reigns.
Formation
While Reigns and The Usos have been helping each other since 2013, they created a faction in as late as 2021. After Roman Reigns defeated Jey Uso to retain his Universal Title at Hell in a Cell 2020, he was acknowledged by his cousins as the Head of the Table and the trio began making appearances together managed by Paul Heyman. The Usos helped Reigns defend his title in almost all instances while winning the SmackDown Tag Team Championship. In early 2022, Sami Zayn started making appearances with the group in a bid to get a place in the faction. At WrestleMania 38, Reigns defeated Brock Lesnar to win the WWE Championship and become the undisputed WWE Universal Championship. Soon, The Usos defeated RK-Bro for the RAW Tag Team Championship and became the undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions.
Solo Sikoa and Sami Zayn join
At WWE Clash at the Castle 2022, Reigns defended his title against Drew McIntyre. The latter was very close to winning the title before Solo Sikoa, Reigns' cousin and the younger brother of The Usos, sneaked behind the referee and took him out, thus officially joining The Bloodline. On the September 13th episode of NXT, Sikoa defeated Carmelo Hayes to become the new NXT North American Champion, thus bringing another gold to the faction. However, he had to relinquish the title the next week when Shawn Michaels deduced that Sikoa was not meant to partake in the match where he won the gold. At Survivor Series: WarGames, The Bloodline took on The Brawling Brutes, Drew McIntyre, and Kevin Owens where Zayn betrayed Owens and steered The Bloodline towards victory. This caused the animosity of Jey Uso and Zayn to fall out.
Sami Zayn kicked out
At Royal Rumble, Reigns defeated Owens to retain the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship and assaulted Owens after the match alongside The Usos and Sikoa. The team also asked Zayn to join the party and ordered him to hit Owens with a steel chair. Zayn instead hit Reigns with that chair and was kicked out of the group by Jimmy Uso followed by a vicious attack from Reigns and Sikoa. Reigns then defeated Zayn at Elimination Chamber in Canada.

Over the next weeks, Jey Uso made his decision and joined his brother after giving a superkick to Zayn. The Usos faced Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn in the main event of Night One of WrestleMania Hollywood in a hard-hitting contest that saw the challengers take the win. The next night, Reigns defended his gold against 2023 Royal Rumble winner Cody Rhodes. Solo Sikoa interrupted early in the match and was sent off by the referee.
The Usos interfered later and so did Zayn and Owens to even the odds. While Cody Rhodes was about to give a third Crossrhodes to Reigns, Paul Heyman distracted the referee allowing Sikoa to sneak back into the ring and hit him with a Samoan spike, followed by a spear from Reigns to retain the belt. The Usos and Solo Sikoa then faced Zayn, Owens, and Matt Riddle at WWE Backlash 2023 where they won the match. In the following weeks, Jimmy Uso called himself the Tribal Chief and started disobeying Reigns.
The Bloodline Civil War and Tribal Combat
Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa then went after the tag team gold at Night of Champions which they failed to win. During the match, Jimmy accidently kicked Sikoa instead of Zayn. Reigns thought that this act of Uso's was deliberate and started insulting him. Frustated, Jimmy turned on Reigns and was kicked out of The Bloodline on June 2 episode of SmackDown. Jey Uso was made to choose between the two parties. He made his decision on June 16 by kicking Reigns and joining his brother.
A Bloodline Civil War match was then announced for Money in the Bank featuring Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa vs. The Usos. At the event, not only did The Usos win the match, but they did it by pinning Roman Reigns. The Tribal Chief was pinned after four long years. Riding on this victory, Jey Uso challenged Reigns for a title shot and the position of Tribal Chief at SummerSlam in a Tribal Combat match. Uso was one count away from winning the title when his twin Jimmy betrayed him helping Reigns to retain. Following SmackDown, Jey Uso quit the blue brand out of frustration and joined WWE RAW. Jimmy then re-joined The Bloodline.
Feuding with Cody Rhodes and The Rock joins
After Jimmy Uso re-joined The Bloodline, Roman Reigns announced his little brother Solo Sikoa as the tribal heir. Sikoa destroyed John Cena at Crown Jewel 2023 in a singles match in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. At Royal Rumble 2024, Reigns retained the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Randy Orton, AJ Styles and LA Knight in a triple threat match. Later that night, Cody Rhodes won the Men's Royal Rumble match and pointed at Reigns for a match at WrestleMania.
Next SmackDown, however, Rhodes pulled out of the match and instead introduced The Rock as potential opponent. The two cousins were slated for a massive face off at WrestleMania XL kick off Press Conference on February 8, 2024. At the conference, Cody Rhodes interrupted their face off and announced Reigns as his competitor for WrestleMania. Upon being infuriated by Reigns, Rhodes commented on his family, which frustrated The Rock. He slapped Rhodes. On February 16, 2024 episode of SmackDown, The Rock officially joined The Bloodline.
A few weeks later, The Rock challenged Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes to a tag team match at WrestleMania XL Night One which The Bloodline won. Earlier that night, Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso battled it out where Jey stood tall over his twin. In the main event of WrestleMania XL Night Two, Reigns defended the WWE Universal Championship against Cody Rhodes.
Roman Reigns loses the title and New Bloodline starts forming
At WrestleMania XL Night Two, Reigns lost the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship to Cody Rhodes ending his record title reign at 1316 days. On SmackDown after WrestleMania, Sikoa criticized Jimmy Uso for losing to Jey Uso at the event. Tama Tonga attacked Uso from behind officially joining the group and kicking Uso out of The Bloodline. Tonga and Sikoa then teamed up against Kevin Owens and Randy Orton at Backlash France. There, the two were helped by a debuting Tonga Loa, who also became a member of The Bloodline.
Later, Solo Sikoa announced himself the Head of the Table. On the June 21, 2024, episode of SmackDown, Solo Sikoa faced Cody Rhodes in a singles match when Jacob Fatu made his WWE debut and destroyed Rhodes, joining The Bloodline. On the June 28, 2024, episode, Solo Sikoa asked Heyman to acknowledge him as his Tribal Chief, which Heyman refused to accept. The Bloodline got furious at Heyman's denial and attacked him and kicked him out of the group.
