A Universal Time takes cues from iconic animanga series for a comprehensive action RPG experience where you battle fearsome foes and become more powerful. Becoming powerful requires you to obtain one of the game’s several unique movesets, known as Abilities. Not only do Abilities alter your movesets, but they also give you access to special properties.

How Abilities work in A Universal Time

In A Universal Time, Abilities are powers that alter your moveset and make you more effective in battle. Depending on the type of Ability you possess, you can specialize in melee, ranged, or defensive combat strategies. Most Abilities in the game are inspired by moves from iconic anime and manga series like JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Dragon Ball, One Piece, and more.

By default, the Roblox experience assigns you the Standless Ability, which can be switched out by obtaining a different Ability. You can obtain Abilities through Crafting or Questline completion, both of which are readily available in the overworld.

Once you equip an Ability, your new move list will be displayed on the right, ready to be used. Each Ability deals a different amount of damage and has a unique combo route to follow. Switch between the different skills it offers to find out what it is capable of.
