Anime Champions Simulator features numerous planets in each of its galaxies. The third planet you encounter after leaving Champion’s City is Hero Academy. Based on the anime and manga series My Hero Academia, this planet tests your abilities to gauge whether you are a worthy hero or not. Destroy robots, go questing for a while, collect new heroes, and unlock the Auto-Attack ability.

Clearing Hero Academy in Anime Champions Simulator

Hero Academy raises the power level of the enemies several notches compared to Pirate Town. The strongest enemies in this area have millions of health points, making it imperative to collect new units that are up for the task.

From the units in the Hero Academy summon pool, we recommend aiming for the Epic unit Smasher, the Legendary unit Blastion, and the Mythical unit Pyroki. The summon pool also includes the Cosmic rarity Star Hero, but getting him within a reasonable number of summons can be difficult.

Regardless, if you happen to pull this character, put him on your team immediately.

Accessing the Academy

Your first objective in Hero Academy is to gain access to the academy itself. Approach the barrier gates and interact with the Star Hero NPC next to them to receive a series of quests. This quest line is mandatory to access the next area, making it a part of the core progression.

Star Hero’s quest line, titled Hero High School, requires you to defeat three types of robots in three different quest stages. Destroy 25 Speed Bots to clear the first phase, defeat 20 Gunner Bots for the second phase, and demolish a Mega Bot for the final stage.

Speed Bots and Gunner Bots are quite easy to defeat, with 7,500 and 35,000 maximum HP, respectively. The newest Hero Academy units should make short work of them.

However, the same cannot be said for the Mega Bot, which boasts a massive health pool of 800,000 HP. Consider raising your units’ DPS to 30,000 each through the Fuse mechanic before tackling it. Otherwise, it will take several minutes to defeat the enemy comfortably.

With the Mega Bot out of the way, speak to Star Hero again to gain access to the Academy and face the final boss of the area: Birdman.

Defeating Birdman

Birdman has the highest HP out of all enemies thus far, sitting at a whopping 3.5 million health. Even with a combined DPS of 100,000, it will be several minutes before your units can make a dent in that health pool. We recommend a party capable of dishing out 300,000 to 500,000 damage per second to defeat the boss within a reasonable timeframe.

The best unit to use here is Star Hero. With the right Quirks and Talents, you can raise his DPS to be in the millions, enabling him to single-handedly defeat the boss within seconds. Otherwise, the best way to deal with Birdman is to train your units by defeating enemies and feeding extra units to your main party members.

With Birdman downed, you must farm 19 million coins to gain access to the next planet, Ninja Village. Defeat the boss multiple times to earn millions of coins per kill and make your way to the next planet.

Hero Academy Quests

Of the three quests featured in Hero Academy, Hero High School is the only mandatory one. The other two, while quite rewarding, are completely optional. Finishing The Tower quest line unlocks The Tower area in Champions City while completing Concerned Robot rewards you with gems.

The Tower quest line has you collect 200,000 coins and use them to repair the titular tower. This also necessitates the completion of the Hero High School quest, since the portal to The Tower is located within the Academy. Once you have the coins, interact with The Tower portal to access it in Champions City.

As for Concerned Robot, you are tasked with defeating 20 Hacked Bots. Upon doing so, the quest giver will award you 6,500 gems as the completion prize.
