Update 10 introduces two major system changes: limited-time upgrades and an event-exclusive game mode. Limited-time Scary Upgrades allow you to improve stats like Power, Damage, and Stars. You can access them by approaching the Scary Upgrades kiosk next to the teleport spawn point.

The Phantom Trial mode is a new game mode where you tackle fearsome foes and obtain up to four new artifacts. Upon clearing this trial, you can obtain Vampire Spikes and Candy Pieces to use at the in-game Shop or for upgrades.
