Festivities Crate, Gingerbread Hourly Spin, and balance adjustments

The Festivities update for Blade Ball introduced a new limited Festivities Crate with a 100% chance to drop a Unique item. This Crate can only be opened up to eight times using 10,000 Coins per spin, giving you access to eight Unique items. Be sure to accrue the required amount of currency for a chance to obtain the rarest sword in its item pool, the Northstar Reaper.

You can also perform Gingerbread Hourly Spins, a limited-time event that gives you a spin every hour. The event lets you purchase a spin for 2 Robux for the first spin; each subsequent spin costs 40 Robux. It grants you access to the Frostbane, a sword that can only be claimed by 5,000 players.

Various abilities have been given a balance adjustment to improve the overall gameplay experience and preserve game balance. Calming Deflect and Quantum Arena have been buffed to make them more usable in matches, while Swap, Golden Ball, Necromancer, and Phantom have been nerfed.

Clan changes, new swords, explosions, and other updates

The Clans system has received a few adjustments to improve its functionality. You may also vote to ban up to two abilities in Clan Wars, creating a unique game environment for all Clan battles. Clan members can also contribute up to 100 Crowns every 10 minutes to the faction’s reserves.

You can now change the Clan’s name as the manager for 99 Robux, which was not possible previously. Lastly, the 2.5k Existing Backsword Celestial Whisper can be claimed by Clan members.
