The three-step gameplay loop of Collect All Pets is quite easy to understand. As the name suggests, pets are integral to the gameplay experience. Progression is tied to the number of pets you unlock and the amount of money you earn depends on your pets’ capabilities. Much of your time will be spent unlocking pets and fusing them to make new ones.

In the beginning, you will receive a random pet that starts breaking crystals in the starter field. Shattered crystals drop Coins, the game’s main currency, which you can use to purchase eggs to hatch more pets with. • Pets: Pets are the central mechanic upon which the rest of the game stands. Currently, the game has around 240 pets. Each pet is capable of breaking crystals, giving you a flat amount of Coins per second. You start with three unlocked Pet slots and can unlock up to 10 total slots. This allows you to collect coins at a faster rate than before, streamlining the gameplay loop significantly.
• Damage: Each pet has a damage rating based on its rarity. Pets that deal high damage break crystals more easily, allowing you to gather more coins in the process. Some of the rarest pets can have a damage rating of 2,000, which is 200x the base damage of the starter pet.
• Pet Rarity: Pets come in eight rarities: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Prodigious, Ascended, and Mythical. Mythical pets are the most difficult to come by and boast the highest base damage rating.
• Pet Fusion: Pets of the same rarity can be fused to make a different one. After fusion, the resulting pet belongs to a rarity one step higher than the fusees. For instance, if all fusee pets belong to the Rare rarity, the fused pet will be of the Epic rarity.
• Pet Types: Rarity aside, each pet can belong to one of five types: Normal, Shiny, Metallic, Giant, and Shiny Giant. The type alters a pet’s appearance, along with its base damage. Shiny variants are particularly difficult to come by, having a one-in-a-thousand chance of appearing when an egg hatches.

• Eggs: Eggs can be hatched to obtain new pets. Each Egg has a small chance of spawning a Shiny variant of a given Pet, which is a differently-colored variant with a higher base damage. The egg’s rarity corresponds to the hatched pet’s rarity as well, meaning a Rare egg will spawn a Rare pet.
• Coins: Coins are the main currency of the game and can be used for various purposes. While they are mainly meant for eggs, you can get extra damage, speed, pet slots, and more with them. Thus, it’s important to maintain a steady flow of the currency to unlock everything possible.
• Premium Features: The game brings a myriad of features that require you to spend Robux to unlock. Options like additional pet slots, high-rarity eggs, Coins, and more can be unlocked using the premium currency, giving you a nice boost in the game.
