Crossblox features a simple run-and-gun gameplay loop where you utilize the map to flank your opponents and shoot them down. Depending on the game mode you choose, your strategy will vary slightly, with one or more opponents attempting to hunt you down. Take on just a single opponent in a duel, team up with others, or simply go wild in the free-for-all modes.

You can choose from a large variety of weapons that can be obtained through various means. One of the main ways to do so is to use Credits, the main currency of the Roblox experience, to open Crates. Each weapon comes with a stat spread of its own that makes it effective in different situations.

Additionally, you can use your resources to seek out weapon skins. Either craft them from the items you gather during gameplay, receive them from Crates, or purchase them directly from the Shop.

  • Infection: The Infection Mode is the first of the two Human Vs Zombie modes in Crossblox. It pits the Humans and Zombies against each other. Humans must try to survive the undead onslaught without being turned into Zombies. The match ends if the timer runs out, if all Humans have been turned into Zombies, or if the Zombies have been wiped out.
  • Evolution: The Evolution Mode is the second of the Human Vs Zombie modes. Here, both Humans and Zombies evolve over the course of the match. Zombies can access the Zombie Terminator form, while Humans may evolve into a Super Hero.
  • Team Deathmatch: The Team Deathmatch is the first of the three Deathmatch modes. This is a classic game mode where two teams of players try to score as many kills within the time limit as possible. The team with the most kills wins the match.
  • Free-For-All: Free-For-All is a chaotic Deathmatch mode where anything goes and killing any player is fair game. Keep your wits about you while navigating the map and take down any who cross your path.
  • Knife Free-For-All: This is the knife version of the Free-For-All mode. Each player has a knife that they must use to kill other players. The rest of the ruleset remains the same as Free-For-All.
  • Duels: You can participate in 1v1 or 2v2 duels, with a 3v3 mode coming soon. Duels have a simple ruleset: take on the opponent in a shootout and try to eliminate them. Eliminations secure the win for a team, making this a fast-paced and frantic game mode.
