If you choose to leave the house, the story moves forward a little, revealing that your car crashed on the way. Here, Jack will begin hunting you down, and your objective changes from Follow the Path to Run.

If you choose the Revenge ending, your objective will be to eliminate the murderer instead. A boss fight with Jack ensues, and you must use everything on the map to evade and eventually kill him. Pick up the Gun and the Toy Gun from the table near the spawn point and use the map to your advantage.

Jack’s movement speed is not particularly high and you can avoid his reach completely by sprinting away. Use corners to avoid his continuous march and pick away at his health bar with any stray shots that you can manage to land.

His health pool is massive and any mistakes will lead to instant death, so be careful. Use audio cues to stop him from getting the drop on you and keep your weapons at the ready. There is only a limited amount of ammo available, making it important to use your shots judiciously.

Slowly, but surely, Jack’s health pool will deplete, rewarding you with a unique ending cutscene.
