There is a suitable Trainer for trainees of all experience levels, making them an essential part of your bodybuilding journey.

The Trainers currently available in the game can boost your Muscle Growth or Pumps, effectively cutting down the amount of training time. Essentially, they function as multipliers to your stats, playing the role of permanent stat boosters that you can equip at will. You will be able to bulk up faster and more efficiently with a Trainer by your side.

Except for Giga Chad, every Trainer can be purchased from the default shop using Cash, provided you have unlocked the specific World.
