Trainers offer passive boosts that improve stats while you train. These boosts can be significant, giving you access to ones even greater than any other item or pet in the game. Each Trainer has a unique specialization, making them suited for improving certain stats as quickly as possible.

By equipping a Trainer, you can improve three types of stats: Muscle Growth, Stamina Growth, and Competition Bonus. Each Trainer offers only two of these bonuses to varying degrees, which largely depends on their rarity.
