Gym Star Simulator is all about training your avatar and sculpting its physique to resemble a heroic build. This title received its third major update on September 14, 2024, which introduced various additions and improvements for a more well-rounded gameplay experience. Update 3 brought the new Zoo World, Pets, trainers, and more into the mix to help you become the greatest bodybuilder in the world.

Everything new in Update 3 of Gym Star Simulator

New World, Pets, and Trainer WuKong

The latest addition to the game’s selection of Worlds is the Zoo Gym. This gym can be unlocked by defeating the final opponent of the previous gym: Poseidon Descendant of the Deep Ocean Gym. Furthermore, you must also accrue 15P Cash to unlock it. Use the Zoo Gym to train different muscle groups and take your overall strength level to new heights.

Update 3 introduces 15 new Pets to the game as well, which have been added to the Index for all players to check. The new Pets can be summoned using Cash from the summon station near the corner of the Gym. Be sure to equip a few before you start training to receive their respective bonuses.

A new exclusively premium Trainer was added to the game as well: WuKong. Based on Son Goku from Dragon Ball, this trainer offers high Stamina growth along with a Competition bonus for training with him. He can be purchased for 899 Robux from the overworld.

Ocean Event, New Achievement System, and more

Update 3 also brings the Ocean Event into the mix, featuring marine-themed items and rewards for participation. The Ocean Event features a playtime-based reward system and a set of missions known as Tasks.

As you continue to play the game, you will receive the event-exclusive Shells based on the duration of your gameplay session. You can also partake in missions that grant you Shells as well, which can then be used at the event-exclusive Store for various rewards.

You can unlock two Trainers, Shark and Golden Shark, by participating in the Ocean Event. These Trainers focus highly on Muscle and Stamina growth and have some of the highest stat bonuses offered by any Trainer in the game.

The update also brings the Achievement system, a new permanent tab accessible using the button on the left. You can perform various activities in-game to receive badges associated with them. You can use the Achievements button on the HUD to track your progress and aim to collect them all.
