How to get Honey (Hive) in Anime Adventures

In Anime Adventures, you partake in a tower defense-style battle system where you must defend the home base against waves of advancing enemies. This title includes several dozen characters, many of which are based on anime and manga series. The first game-original unit to be added to the experience is Honey and her evolution, Honey (Hive).

Here’s everything you need to know about Honey (Hive), including the acquisition method and battle performance.

Obtaining Honey (Hive) in Anime Adventures

In Anime Adventures, Honey (Hive) is a Mythic unit that evolves from Honey, the first game-original unit. Of course, you need to acquire Honey first, which can be done through summons on the Special Banner or the premium Starter pack bundle.

Being a Mythic unit, Honey has a low pull chance of 0.652%, and it can take dozens upon dozens of summons before you acquire her. Alternatively, you can purchase the Starter Pack for 400 Robux and have a chance to get the unit in the bundle as the complimentary Mythic unit.

Once you do obtain her, you can evolve her into Honey (Hive). This entails scoring 100 kills with Honey, and collecting the relevant materials for the same. Consider entering one of the early-game maps for the elimination goal to make the farming process easier.

You need the following materials to evolve her:

10 Star Fruits
5 Star Fruits (Blue)
5 Star Fruits (Red)
5 Star Fruits (Green)
5 Star Fruits (Pink)
1 Star Fruit (Rainbow)

Honey (Hive) battle performance

Honey (Hive) is one of the few Mythic units in the game that has a single-target attack instead of an AoE cone. While this can hold her performance back to an extent, she can strike enemies down with powerful hits all the same. Being designated as a starter unit, she is designed to be a part of your party throughout your journey in the game.

Honey (Hive) has a deployment cost of 1,000 Yen, which is fairly low as far as Mythics go. As you continue to upgrade her, her attack power will increase rampantly, making her one of the best single-target attackers in the game. Her low SPA of 0.8 at max upgrades makes it so she will constantly be throwing barrages of attacks at the targeted opponent.

Her damage is taken to new heights with the Hive Mind ability that adds an explosive burst to her repertoire. This burst can take chunks of HP off the targeted enemy, either outright killing them or making room for other units to finish the job.

Honey (Hive)’s damage is at its most potent against boss-type enemies, where her belligerent attacking style, high speed, and power output make short work of the foes. This makes her well-suited for Raids, where you will be facing a single target with a massive amount of HP.
