There are two ways to obtain Rotten Chains in the game: as a drop from a raid battle or through crafting. You have a small chance to receive the Chains as a random drop when tackling the Finger Bearer boss raid. Since the item is designated as a Special Grade accessory, it will take you a few runs to organically obtain it.

Upon clearing the boss raid, you will also receive Cursed Fragments. These fragments can then be used at the Crafting station to make Rotten Chains without having to rely on the minuscule drop rate. In total, you need 100 Cursed Fragments to make one set of Rotten Chains.

Once you obtain the gear piece, equip it onto the head slot to apply its stat buffs and effects and enjoy the new power boost.
