Tusk starts out as Act 1 and evolves progressively into Act 4, provided the user has the required items and stats. If you don’t have Tusk at all, use the Ribcage of the Saint’s Corpse for a 20% chance to get the Stand. The Ribcage can be obtained at the Arcade, by winning Steel Ball Run, or through random spawns. It is guaranteed to spawn whenever the NPC Jesus shows up.

You need the Left Arm of the Saint’s Corpse to evolve Act 1 into Act 2. With Spin and Act 2 active, evolve Act 2 into Act 3 by speaking to Jesus. Lastly, evolve Tusk Act 3 into Act 4 with the Pelvis of the Saint’s Corpse. Ensure you have Spin and Worthiness V to avoid any instances of a rejected evolution.

The Pelvis of the Saint’s Corpse is the main item required to evolve Tusk into Act 4. It is one of the four Corpse Parts that can be used to evolve Part 7 Stands, with the other three being the Rib Cage, the Left Arm, and the Heart. Tusk, specifically, does not use the Heart for any of its evolutions; instead, the villainous Stand D4C makes use of it.

The Pelvic fragment of the holy cadaver has a 25% to drop upon winning the Steel Ball Run. It is also available in the Arcade draw pool, but the chances of obtaining it are astronomically low at 0.1%.
