Worlds

Event-exclusive worlds and the Lobby aside, Anime Souls Simulator X features no less than 35 worlds. Every world has a distinct theme inspired by iconic locations in anime and each map is littered with common mobs, along with an area boss. You can teleport to every unlocked world through the portal at the center of the lobby. Walk into the teleporter and select a map to be transported to.

Certain celebrations, such as the ongoing Summer Event, can be accessed at any time through the portal menu. These are only available for a limited time, so be sure to explore them before they go away permanently.

The combat in this game is fairly straightforward: use LMB to attack and build up energy. The longer you attack, the more energy you build up. If the orange bar on the right fills up, your avatar will unleash an explosive attack, dealing massive damage.

Since the enemies don’t fight back, all you need to worry about is the damage output. Your attack damage is directly dependent on your weapon and the amount of energy you have amassed thus far. As you continue building your energy level up and get access to mechanics like Companions, Passives, Avatars, and more, your damage output will reach millions per click.

Building Up Energy And Damage

Energy and damage are directly related, with the former influencing the latter. As such, if you’re looking to improve your performance in combat, seek ways to increase Energy at a quicker rate.

There are several ways to do so, the best of which is to recruit Companions. Companions are like Pets that add a multiplier to your Energy and Soul gain rate. Depending on their rarity, their effects can be quite potent, making them a massive boost for your damage output. By default, only two Companions can be equipped at any time, but this can be expanded using Robux.

Your weapon will also contribute massively to your damage output, but doing so requires a significant amount of Souls. The available weapon selection will also depend on the unlocked Worlds, making them quite limited early on.

However, as you continue clearing worlds, a wealth of weapon types will open up, each offering various boosts that skyrocket your damage output. You can also enchant weapons to add passive abilities that enhance their effects even further.

Other ways to improve your energy build-up and damage include Passives, Avatars, and Ascension. Passives and Avatars can be obtained through Spins, making them an RNG-reliant option with the potential of a potent buff. As for Ascension, it is the game’s Rebirth system, offering a boost in exchange for a level reset.
