Every player starts the game out at the Beach GYM, which acts as the game’s tutorial gym. Eventually, your growth will plateau in this location, requiring you to find another that can keep your gains rising. This will bring you to the Underground GYM, the second stop in every Robloxian bodybuilder’s journey.

The Underground GYM has two prerequisites to fulfill before it is accessible. First, you must unlock the Body Alter shop and, secondly, you must equip the Tan Body Alter. Complete the NPC Arawn’s quests to do the former and visit the unlocked shop in the hub world to purchase the Tan Body Alter for $500. Arawn’s quests should give you enough cash to buy the item.

With the body alter equipped, continue increasing your Power to 5,000 with a Muscle Growth multiplier of 1.5x. This will fulfill the unlock conditions for the Underground GYM, where you can continue building your strength beyond the previous limits.
