Roblox Pig 64 is a title inspired by the 3D platformer era prevalent during the heyday of the Nintendo 64. Taking cues from the likes of Super Mario 64 and Donkey Kong 64, the game is a blast to the past with its low-poly graphics and retro presentation style. Its aspect ratio is 4:3 by default, simulating the classic CRT TVs that were commonly seen during the Nintendo 64 era.

At its heart, Pig 64 is a platformer game where you explore the world to find secrets and treasures. Set in a 3D world, the game lets you double-jump and divebomb your way to the farthest reaches of the map.

As you continue exploring the map, you will find unique platforming challenges where you must reach a far-off collectible. The nature of the collectible can vary from something precious like a wallet to something mundane like a stick. Each map has you scouring every nook and cranny to try and find all the unique items.

In classic platformer fashion, you can also collect coins along the way. Coins dot the map and often lead to areas you may have missed otherwise. You can use coins at the in-game shop to purchase various items.

Open World Adventure: Roblox Pig 64 features various open maps that are sprawling in their own right. Each map can be explored from one end to the other using your jumping and diving skills, with Easter eggs and items lurking around every corner. You can teleport to different maps using a teleporter, located close to the spawn point.
Platforming Elements: You can jump using the Spacebar button and then jump again while in mid-air to get to higher platforms. Combined with the mid-air divebomb, you can cover great distances and explore areas that wouldn’t be within reach otherwise. Exploration is at the heart of this game, and the platforming elements make it engaging and fun.
Advanced Maneuvering: The platforming mechanics have some room for complex maneuvering that allow you to cover more distance with a single leap. For instance, you can cancel out of a divebomb animation by pressing the Jump key again, extending the duration and distance of your jump.
Playable Characters: There are 12 playable characters to choose from, including Pig, Raven, Bunny, Sheep, and more. These merely serve as skins and offer no gameplay differences, making them purely aesthetic in nature.
Coins: Collect coins scattered across the map and follow them to find new hidden areas. Coins double as the game’s exploration tool and its primary currency.

Valuables: Each map features a unique item that can be collected during exploration. With a total of eight to collect per world, you can find them in remote locations that can only be reached with some maneuvering. You can spot these valuables with their distinct white glow, which stands out from the rest of the game world.
In-game Shop: The in-game shop features items like Flashlight, Big Dice, Tea Pots, and more, which exist purely for novelty purposes. They can add to the roleplaying experience or simply be a nice addition to the game’s aesthetics.
