Adam Henrique is a Canadian ice hockey professional who is playing as a center for the Edmonton Oilers in the National Hockey League (NHL). Born on February 6, 1990, was selected 82nd overall by the New Jersey Devils in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. Moreover, he was traded by the Anaheim Ducks to the Oilers on March 6, 2024.


Prior to that, Henrique grew up in Burford, Ontario, playing minor hockey for the Burford Coyotes and later the AAA Brantford 99ers where he achieved significant success. His accomplishments include winning gold with Team Ontario U-17 team at the 2007 Canada Winter Games and participating in the 2010 OHL All-Star Game with the Windsor Spitfires of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). Additionally, he contibuted to Spitfires' back-to-back Memorial Cup victories in 2009 and 2010. Moving forward, he continued his development with the Albany Devils of the American Hockey League before making his NHl debut in the 2010-11 season.
