Macklin Celebrini has received numerous awards and honors throughout his hockey career. In the 2022-23 USHL season, while playing for the Chicago Steel, Celebrini led the league with 86 points and became the youngest player ever to win Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Forward of the Year, making history by earning all three awards in a single season. While at college in 2023-24, he earned several accolades in the Hockey East conference, including All-Hockey East First Team, Hockey East All-Rookie Team, Hockey East Scoring Champion, Hockey East Three-Stars Award, Hockey East Rookie of the Year, and Hockey East Player of the Year. He was also awarded the Tim Taylor Award, Hobey Baker Award and was named an AHCA East First Team All-American. Notably, he became the youngest player and just the fourth freshman to win the Hobey Baker award in its 44-year history. Additionally, Celebrini has represented Canada on the international stage and earned a bronze medal with them at the U18 World Championships.

In the 2019-20 season, playing for the San Jose Jr. Sharks 14U AAA team, Celebrini dominated with 94 points in 54 games, including an impressive 49 goals. He continued his scoring prowess in the 2020-21 season at Shattuck St. Mary's 14U AAA, amassing 141 points in 50 games, with 51 goals and 90 assists. Moving to the 2021-22 season, Celebrini joined Shattuck St. Mary's 18U Prep team in the USHS-Prep league, where he maintained a high scoring rate with 117 points in 52 games, including 50 goals. He also contributed in the playoffs with 3 points in 2 games.

Transitioning to the USHL with the Chicago Steel in 2022-23, Celebrini continued to excel with 86 points in 50 games during the regular season, adding 2 points in 2 playoff games. He also represented Canada internationally, posting 15 points in 7 games at the U18 World Junior Championship. In the current 2023-24 season, playing for Boston University in the NCAA, Celebrini maintained his scoring touch with 64 points in 38 games. He also contributed 8 points in 5 games for Canada at the U20 World Junior Championship.
