Vincent Trochek, born on July 11, 1993, is an American professional ice hockey center who plays for the New York Rangers in the National Hockey League (NHL). He was chosen by the Florida Panthers in the third round of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft and has also played for the Carolina Hurricanes.

Trocheck was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and grew up playing minor ice hockey for the Pittsburgh Hornets until he was 13 years old. He also participated in the International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with them when he was 13. Moving on, he played for the Detroit Little Caesars where he was twice declared the National Champion and was also the top scorer in the Midwest Elite Hockey League ( now known as the Tier 1 Elite Hockey League). Transitioning to the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), he was the 24th overall pick in the 2009 OHL Priority Draft by Saginaw Spirit. Trocheck spent the subsequent seasons there before joining the Plymouth Whalers for some time before departing for the NHL. His OHL stats during his stay there saw him make 261 appearances and score 120 goals while recording 179 assists.
