Brooks Jensen is a second-generation wrestler currently signed to WWE on the NXT brand. He was born on August 21, 2001, in Ranbourne, Alabama, and grew up there. He had been interested in pro-wrestling at a young age and made his in-ring debut before turning 18. Upon debut, he mainly worked in territories near Alabama and Georgia before being scouted by the biggest company in the town, the WWE.

Jensen signed with WWE in August 2021 and debuted on NXT 2.0 with partner Josh Briggs. They competed in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic and challenged for the NXT Tag Titles but fell short. In June 2022, they made history as the first non-European duo to win the NXT UK Tag Team Championship.

Jensen's path took a turn at Stand and Deliver 2023 when he refused to help Kiana James cheat, costing her and Fallon Henley the Women's Tag Titles. Tensions continued, with Jensen unintentionally causing their rematch loss. This led to a mixed tag clash between Jensen and James against Briggs and Henley, which Briggs and Henley won. James abruptly left Jensen after the match, leading him to reunite with Briggs and Henley.

Brooks Jensen is the son of Barry Buchanan, famously known as Bull Buchanan. He was born on January 15, 1968. He was also a professional wrestler and had worked with WWE during the Attitude Era.

Bull Buchanan Wrestling Career

Buchanan made his pro-wrestling debut in 1995 and wrestled in the indies as The Punisher. He formed a tag team with Ric Savage and the two worked together before he joined Smoky Mountain Wrestling later that year. There, he worked as the bodyguard of Jim Cornette. In the next two years, Buchanan also worked in Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) and the United States Wrestling Association (USWA).

In 1997, Buchanan joined the WWF as a member of the Truth Commission. While the team soon disappeared from the TV, he remained a member of the company’s roster. In March 2000, Buchanan returned to the WWF under the name "Bull Buchanan" as Big Boss Man's partner, sporting matching SWAT uniforms. They acted as a successful tag team, winning matches against names like Godfather & D'Lo Brown and the Acolytes. However, their partnership ended in June with a dramatic on-air argument and fight, culminating in Boss Man knocking Buchanan out with his nightstick.

Following his split with Big Boss Man, Buchanan had limited solo success and joined Steven Richards' Right to Censor. The group gained temporary victories as they recruited Godfather and Val Venis, even claiming the Tag Team Championship. However, they faced increasing internal discord and eventually lost the titles and key members, falling out of favor with the audience.

After Right to Censor fizzled, Buchanan spent time in OVW and returned to WWE with an unclear role. He briefly allied with John Cena as his hype man and enforcer, using the B-2 moniker, but their team faltered quickly. Cena blamed B-2 for a loss, leading to a short-lived conflict and B-2's ultimate release from WWE in 2003. Buchanan made a one-off appearance in 2011 jokingly blaming Cena for his career struggles, marking his final WWE interaction. Buchanan then worked for promotions such as All Japan Pro Wrestling, Pro Wrestling Noah, and some indie promotions.
